Reservations Manager

Description:

Ultima Vacation Home is looking for a Reservation Manager with a great drive and to expand our existing management and rental portfolio. Your main tasks will be the recruiting of new properties.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales and reservation team for all room bookings and provide training to all customer service coordinators and assist to resolve all issues.
Assist meeting planner to analyze all room requirements and collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure compliance to all revenue management guidelines.
Manage all guest issues and ensure response to all queries and monitor flow of dining rooms and recommend ways to increase revenue.
Supervise efficient working of sales associates and provide training to resolve all issues and provide training to employees to maintain all everyday schedule
Collaborate with maintenance and operations department to resolve all guest issues and maintain inventory of all guest rooms.
Forecast all project requirements on everyday basis and ensure achievement of all hotel reservation objectives
Manage and ensure resolution of all guest issues and provide training to all new employees for all policies and procedures.
Oversee reservation administration and provide update to reservation systems and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.
Maintain knowledge on all apartment locations and process time logs for all payroll.

Graphic Designer

Description:

Ultima Vacation Homes is looking for Graphic Designer with a great drive and to expand our existing management and rental portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across multiple platforms, including digital media and print (when required)

• Interpreting master concepts and developing design deliverables in line with the concepts.

• Uses graphic design applications/software in the planning process and incorporates consumer/brand insights during the design phase

• Ensures that all graphic designs are supported by clear ideation, effective use of aesthetics, scale, spacing, color, and texture

• Selects the best medium to present or produce the design concept using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques

• Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts, and ensures design content meets brand/business requirements

• Develop engaging visual content for use on social media, our websites, and other digital platforms

• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns

• Manage and maintain a library of graphics and video assets

Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
Works with Property Owners to determine best décor for Vacation Rental purposes.
Analyzes movement and use patterns of the space.
Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to property owner.
Consults with owners to select materials, furnishings, and decor.
Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates.
Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements with Maintenance Team
Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally, and promptly handled within standard timelines and ensure that there is no loss of business.
Track Calls using standard call conversion sheets, reporting calls on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensuring that calls are not lost resulting in lost business.
Conduct training to existing and new agents in the team to maintain and improve reservation selling skills.
Monitor and maximize revenues opportunities to achieve budgeted and forecasted transient revenue targets.
Check the prices daily at the end some one on the field between people and the other one in the office behind the screen.
